About the Role:
SRC Windows, a trusted Milgard distributor, is seeking an experienced Window Installer to join our team. This role involves installing Milgard Windows, PlyGem and other vinyl windows and doors in residential and light commercial settings across the Puget Sound.

Responsibilities:

• Install windows and doors according to Milgard, PlyGem and SRC standards
• Perform accurate measurements, sealing, and waterproofing
• Remove old units and ensure clean, professional installations
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Follow all safety and building code requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of previous window installation experience (Milgard, PlyGem preferred)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, carry large windows and doors frequently, and work at heights
• Comfortable using small saws and other power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
